And here is a video of the poet David McMullins reading his poem aloud.

Love this all! The poem really comes to life in the video by Amber W., nicely done!! And David's reading shows his very expressive eyes. I try hard with my mask on to be one, loud enough and two, that I am smiling and friendly. Not sure it gets across but better that I share no germs. A good poem to share with students. I know that some are not great at interpreting body language and some like my granddaughter are very tuned into the tone of your voice and the look on your face. Thanks all.

Truly, one of my favorite pandemic poems. I've been thinking about it ever since I first heard it.

That's an amazing video. Those kids are way more expressive than I could ever be.
