Every time I perform this poem with children, my neck thanks me! (When we get to the "roll your head" part, I usually tell everyone to roll their heads 3 times because it feels so good.)
I love the rhyme, the title deskercise, and all the fun in this poem. The video paired beautifully with the poem showing laughing children performing the exercises, a good sad face, and a repeating high five, which I especially loved. Thank you for sharing this delightful video and poem.
