Today Melinda L. features “Let’s All Be Scientists” by Renee M. LaTulippe. I think she really captures the spirit of the poem with her nature images and jaunty background music. Plus she includes a second reading by children, too! Check it out.

You’ll find this poem in 2nd grade, Week 1 in The Poetry Friday Anthology for Science.
Love Renee's work! Great poem and accompanying video.
ReplyDeleteAw, so sweet! Love the music and Melinda's reading -- and the kids' voices is the icing on the cake. Thank you so much for this delightful video of my poem! :)
ReplyDeleteYou did a beautiful job. The images, music, and poem went together so well.
ReplyDeleteWhat soft ware was used? Prezi? I would like to have my students do poetry readings to post to youtube.
Thank You, Ms. La Tulippe for your kind words. We had a great time putting together the video, and it was an honor to feature your work.

Hello,
ReplyDeleteThank you for the kind words. I used Apple iMovie to complete the project. It was very user-friendly and had interesting graphics. The kids would love creating trailers. That's a great idea!
